MALLIENA started with a simple idea: clothes can carry the stories we don't want to forget. Each design in our collection is an illustrated chapter, a feeling, a memory or a small moment drawn with care.

With a custom hoodie, the chapter is yours. The summer your family still talks about, the dog who waited at the door, the drawing your child made at six. We draw it in the same style as our collection, so it feels like art, not a printed photo.

How long does it take?

We send you your first sample as soon as it's ready, usually within a few business days. After you approve your sample, printing takes 2–5 business days, then your hoodie ships to you with free US shipping.

Will I see the design before it's printed?

Yes. We send you a sample on your hoodie colour. You can ask for changes, up to 2 rounds, and we only print after you approve it.

What if I don't like the sample?

Tell us what to change. If it still isn't right, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your final sample.

What photos work best?

Clear, well lit photos where faces are visible. Phone photos are fine. You can send up to 3 and tell us who or what to keep.

Is my photo private?

Yes. Your photos and drawings are stored privately, used only to make your design and deleted automatically after 90 days. We never show your original photos.

Can you use logos, characters or famous people?

No. We can only draw things you have the right to use. If a request includes logos, characters or photos we can't use, we tell you and refund in full.

Where is it printed?

Your hoodie is printed to order in the USA by our production partner Printify (Monster Digital, Columbus, Ohio), on a Gildan 18500 heavy blend hoodie.

Full terms

Includes up to 2 rounds of changes to your sample. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your final sample. Once printing starts, your hoodie is made only for you and can't be cancelled, but if it arrives damaged or misprinted we replace it free. If we can't make a request (for example logos, characters or photos we don't have permission to use), we tell you and refund in full. If we don't hear back within 30 days of sending your sample, we cancel and refund in full. Your photos and sketches are stored privately, used only for your design and deleted automatically after 90 days.
