Free shipping
We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery times
Every item is printed to order for you. Total time from order to your door, including production: usually 5–8 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Times are estimates and can be longer in peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Address
Please check your address before paying. To change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot redirect packages once shipped.

Customs and duties
Orders ship within the United States, with no extra customs fees on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email us and we will send a replacement or a refund.
