1. Who we are
This website is operated by MALLIENA ("we", "us"), Peter Møllers vei 1A, 0585 Oslo, Norway. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Contact: contact@malliena.com.

2. Products
We sell clothing with original artwork, printed to order by our production partner. We try to show colours and prints as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences in print placement can occur. Some photos on this site show models created with AI tools to illustrate how the garment looks when worn.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices or end offers at any time; changes never affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud and will refund you in full.

6. Returns and refunds
Items are printed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are replaced or refunded for free within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy.

7. Use of the website
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security. All content on this site (artwork, texts, images, videos, logo) belongs to MALLIENA and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
